Incremental step test
Fixed values for speed and distance can be entered here. The pace is set as a fixed continuous loop, while the elapsed time is shown on the display.
VLa max
Intervals with pauses and the desired number of repetitions can be programmed individually. Playback is fully automatic and the times for each phase are shown as a countdown on the display.
Incremental step test automatic
In contrast to the incremental stepbtest program, an increase in speed can be set in advance. The program runs until it is paused for the lactate decrease. Press the button to restart the program, taking into account the previously set speed increase. The elapsed time and the current values are shown on the display, ensuring full control over the test procedure at all times.
